ABOUT THE SERVICE:

This program offers guidance and support to project proponents in determining eligibility and securing a Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) from the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB). Assistance includes document preparation, evaluation of project scope, coordination with regulatory agencies, and facilitation of application processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations while streamlining approval timelines.
