ABOUT THE SERVICE:

A Certificate of No Objection (CNO) for Ground Levelling, Extraction/ Removal and Transport of specific volume of ordinary earth or sand and gravel or other quarry materials/ minerals resources is a document issued by the City ENRO indicating the proposed project was reviewed and have no objections to its implementation. This certificate typically signifies that the project is in compliance with applicable regulations and policies regarding environmental protection, land use, and other relevant considerations.
