An updated Tax Declaration is issued once a land is subdivided into more than one lot parcels; or if more than one lot parcels are consolidated into one.

3. Certified true copy of Certificate of Title (1 original – per RPU)  Registry of Deeds
4. Real Property Tax & Issuance Fee Receipt (1 photocopy) City Treasurer’s Office – Windows 4, 5
