ISSUANCE OF TRANSFER CREDENTIALS

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

The procedure by which a student formally requests documentation from CCT in order to transfer to another school or university. These credentials demonstrate that the student has fulfilled the prerequisites and is qualified to pursue further education in another location.

Issuance of Transfer Credentials covered under the Article XX Section 95 of Manual of Regulations for Private Higher Education 2008 under CHED Memorandum Order No. 40, Series of 2008 stating that a transfer credential must be signed by the School Registrar, and issued not later than two (2) weeks after the filing of the application for transfer.
