CITIZEN’S CHARTER

EDUCATIONAL VISIT BENCHMARKING, REQUEST FOR INTERVIEWS, RESEARCH MATERIALS, AND IEC CAMPAIGN

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

This process facilitates requests for educational visits, benchmarking activities, interviews, research materials, and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) campaigns involving the DRRM Office. Interested parties must submit a formal request letter endorsed by the Office of the City Mayor. The Research and Planning Section evaluates the request, determines the feasibility of the request, and ensures the availability of requested data or materials. All requests are processed with adherence to data privacy policies and other relevant regulations. Once approved, the requested documents, interviews, or materials are prepared and released to the client. This service supports collaboration and knowledge-sharing between organizations, individuals, and the DRRM Office, fostering education, research, and public awareness on disaster risk reduction and management.
