ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP) is a document granting franchise of license to a person, natural or juridical, allowing him/her to operate a tricycle-for-hire in the City of Tayabas.

Original Copy of Motor Cert. of Reg. & Official Receipt and other documents that may be necessary to establish the ownership of the tricycle

3. Present the notarized application form and pay the corresponding dropping fees at
CTO Window 7

3.1 Surrender the franchise plate. 
3.1 Accept/Check the submitted document and the tricycle franchise plate.

3.2 Accept the payment and issue the
corresponding Official Receipt

4. Proceed to Window 1 of BPLO and present the dropping document and Official Receipt.

4.1 Receive the printed dropping

4.3 Encode and print the dropping certificate
