ZONING ARCHIVES DATA INFORMATION REQUEST

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

The City Planning and Development Coordinator's Office's Zoning Section serves as the data repository of zoning decisions of the Zoning Administrator. The scanned archives of the client records for locational clearance, zoning compliance, and business clearance are now accessible. Any individual, business, or organization with legitimate purpose may request a document.

Any individual, business, or organization that intends to request for a copy of the scanned Zoning client records.

· Any legitimate ID or government-issued ID photocopy (if the applicant is the owner of the property) (1 Photocopy) Client/Citizen
· A letter requesting information that explains the information you intend to obtain and its purpose (1 Photocopy) Client/Citizen
If the applicant does not own the property, a copy of a legitimate ID must be attached to the authorization letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA).

1. Proceed to the front desk and present the Letter of Request and other requirements. Ask and fill-up the Freedom of Information Request Form (FOI-RF) and
indicate the data being requested.

2. Go to the Treasurer's Office, pay for the requested archive records, and then show the official receipt.

2.1 Prepare the archives request document and process the request.

Certified copy of documents:
 five (5) pages or less - P30.00
 Every additional page - P3.00

Photocopy of documents - P2.00

Printed/scanned
documents (lot titles, tax declaration,
perspective and floor plans, zoning or locational clearance, contract of lease)

For the first five (5) copies - P200.00

Per succeeding pages - P30.00
