ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE AS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE BUILDING OFFICIAL’S CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Before issuance of Certificate of Occupancy by the Building official, a Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall first be obtained from the OCPDC Zoning Section. Such Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall certify, among others that the building permit, or part thereon covered by application for a building permit, are in conformity with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
