ISSUANCE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE AS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE BUILDING OFFICIAL’S BUILDING PERMIT

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

The Certificate of Locational Clearance is a basis/requirement in the application for Building Permit. Upon completion and submission of the requirements, the plans, specification, and location of the project shall be evaluated prior to the issuance of Locational Clearance.

WHO MAY AVAIL:

Any individual or organization who intends to construct, erect, alter, repair, convert, move, or demolish any building within the Local Government of Tayabas must apply for Locational/Zoning Clearance.
