The service offered is for any person with healthy, sick or injured pet or livestock animals.

1. Visit the Veterinary Office	1.1. The Veterinarian will ask the client the reason/s for consultation, take the medical history of the patient, and write the client and animal patient’s data on the veterinary medical record book. 1.2. 2. Purchase the prescribed drugs at the nearest drugstore or poultry supply store.	2.1. If appropriate veterinary medicines are not available from the Animal Health Center, the Veterinarian will prescribe veterinary medicine to clients and advise them to purchase the drugs at the nearest veterinary drugstore. 4. Restrains the animal to be treated.	4.1. On-site physical. The Veterinarian measures vital signs of the animal’s pulse, temperature and respiration; ocular examination, percussion and palpation. 4.2. Treatment of patient application of veterinary medicines to cure disease, injuries, or ease symptoms. 4.3.
