1. Visit the Veterinary Office

1.1. The Veterinarian will ask the client the reason/s for
consultation, take the medical history of the patient, and write the client and animal patient’s data on the
veterinary medical record book.

1.2. Prepares veterinary instruments and medicines available from the Animal Health Center.

2. Purchase the prescribed drugs at the nearest drugstore or poultry supply store.

2.1. If appropriate veterinary medicines are not available from the Animal Health Center, the Veterinarian will prescribe veterinary medicine to clients and advise them to purchase the drugs at the nearest veterinary drugstore.

3. Provide address for home service

3.1. Prepares Veterinary Office service vehicle (if available).

3.2. Proceed to the client's specified location (home or farm).

4. Restrains the animal to be treated.

4.1. On-site physical. The Veterinarian measures vital signs of the animal’s pulse, temperature and respiration; ocular examination, percussion and palpation.


4.2. Treatment of patient application of veterinary medicines to cure disease, injuries, or ease symptoms.


4.3. Gives veterinary medical advice and instructions to clients on how to administer the prescribed veterinary drugs.
