Callers are required to provide essential details, including their name (for identification and follow-up purposes), the exact location of the incident (specific address or identifiable landmark), and detailed information about the situation. This includes the type of emergency, the number of individuals involved, and any critical details like injuries or vehicle descriptions in case of traffic-related incidents.
