REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL TRANSPORT

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

This process provides immediate access to emergency services within the City of Tayabas. The Operations and Warning Section ensures a rapid and coordinated response to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, accidents, and incidents requiring transport to healthcare facilities. Callers are required to provide essential details, including their name (for identification and follow-up purposes), the exact location of the incident (specific address or identifiable landmark), and detailed information about the situation. This includes the type of emergency, the number of individuals involved, and any critical details like injuries or vehicle descriptions in case of traffic-related incidents. The process is designed to prioritize the safety and well-being of those involved, ensuring timely intervention and transportation to appropriate facilities when needed.
