RE-ASSESSMENT, CHANGE IN TAXABILITY AND CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY UNITS

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Reassessment is assigning of new assessed value to property as a result of general, partial or individual reappraisal of property. Changes as to taxability shall conform to the exemptions prescribed in Sec. 234 of Local Government Code. Change in the classification of the property shall be based on its actual use.
