ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Building Permits or Construction Permits are secured to the construction, alteration, repair, conversion, demolition, or addition of any building or structure or any portion thereof, within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Tayabas

WHO MAY AVAIL:

Any person, firm or corporation, including any agency or instrumentality of the government, who wants to construct, alter, repair, convert, move, demolish, add any building or structure or any portion thereof within the territorial jurisdiction of Tayabas City shall apply for a corresponding construction permit. (Section 301, Paragraph 1 of the NBCP).

  • Building Permits Application & Ancillary Permit forms (7 Unified Application Form, 5 Architectural Permit Form, 5 Civil/Structural Permit Form, 5 Electrical Permit Form (for every meter base) & 5 Sanitary/Plumbing Permit Form)
  • If applicable, 5 Electronics Permit Form & Mechanical Permit Form (all originally signed and sealed copies, notarized if needed, signed by applicant)
