ISSUANCE OF OCCUPANCY PERMIT

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

A certificate of occupancy or certificate of use shall be secured prior to the occupancy and/or use of any building/structure, or any portion thereof within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Tayabas.

WHO MAY AVAIL:

Any person, firm or corporation, including any agency or instrumentality of the government, who wants to occupy and/or use any building/structure, any portion thereof within the territorial jurisdiction of City of Tayabas shall apply for a corresponding Certificate of Occupancy/Use. (Section 309, paragraph 1 of the NBCP)
