MANDATE:

Take custody of and accountable for all properties, real or personal, and supplies owned by the LGU and those granted to it the form of donation, reparation, assistance and counterpart of joint projects.

Maintain and Supervise janitorial, security, lanscaping and other related services in all government public buildings and other real property, whether owned or lease by the LGU

VISION:

The General Services Office of the City of Tayabas envisions to establish a conductive and reliable office, warehouse and motorpool. To provide effective action plans for security, maintenance of equipment/facilities, landscaping of parks and systematic procedures/programs to expedite the procurement systems, recordings storage system and issuance of properties and supplies, retrieval of records and disposition of properties of the City Government.

MISSION:

Empowered by proficient and steadfast employees motivated by the best practices, accountability and good governance in the quest of its goals and objectives as provided for by law in line with supply and property management, maintenance of buildings and grounds, electrical, plumbing, electronic equipment, light vehicles and other services and requests for the use of government motor vehicle, equipment and facilities. To deliver a reliable, effective, efficient and sustainable service provider to the various government offices and to the public by qualified, trained and experienced technical and non-technical personnel who are responsive to the needs of the clients at the right time and at the right place.
