DEPARTMENT AND SECTIONS

The ICT Department manages the LGU’s technology infrastructure and digital services to support efficient governance and service delivery. It receives and tracks IT requests from offices, provides troubleshooting assistance, and ensures stable connectivity across city facilities. The office also updates and maintains the official websites, digital platforms, and applications used by the city government.

In addition, it administers biometric systems for employee attendance, manages user accounts, and safeguards data security. The department formulates ICT policies and standards to keep systems reliable, interoperable, and aligned with e-governance goals. By collaborating with other offices, it delivers user-focused technology solutions that improve productivity, transparency, and citizen access to LGU services.
