About the Office
The City Budget Office programs income and expenditures to support the LGU’s priorities. It reviews annual and supplemental budgets of the city, barangays, and SK for compliance and balance. The office certifies availability of appropriations and provides technical guidance to operating units.
Through prudent resource allocation, it sustains operations and aligns spending with development plans. It monitors utilization and performance to maintain fiscal discipline. The office is central to financial planning and stability.
