About the Office
CICRO serves as the LGU’s information arm, handling advisories, FOI requests, PACD, and event documentation. It manages public postings and coordinates with civil society and stakeholders for transparent communication. The office provides technical coverage and maintains channels for feedback and complaints.
By ensuring timely, accurate information, it builds trust and awareness among citizens. It supports crisis and risk communication during emergencies and public health events. The office strengthens responsive governance through effective information services.
