About the Office
The City Legal Office provides counsel to the Mayor, Council, and departments and represents the LGU in proceedings. It drafts and reviews ordinances, contracts, and other legal instruments for compliance and risk mitigation. The office works to prevent litigation by ensuring actions are lawful and well‑documented.
