About the Office
The HRMO assists the Local Chief Executive in the effective and efficient implementation of Civil Service Commission (CSC) laws and rules governing public personnel administration specifically the Program to Institutionalized Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
