Multi-Purpose Building sa Barangay Baguio at Farm-to-Market Road sa Ilayang Palale, Sinuri ng PPMC at LPMC

THE PROVINCIAL PROJECT MONITORING COMMITTEE AND ITS LOCAL COUNTERPART IN TAYABAS CITY CONDUCTED A JOINT INSPECTION OF THE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BARANGAY BAGUIO AND THE CONCRETING OF A FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD IN ILAYANG PALALE.

The Provincial Project Monitoring Committee (PPMC) led by Engr. Emmanuel Obciana and members of the Tayabas City Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) represented by Councilor Jerry Caagbay, Councilor Luzviminda Cuadra, PKB President Conrado Aragon, CLGOO Fe Roales, and Arch. Eladio Manzano, Engr. Rayross Yacaba, Engr. Jhumar Naynes and LPMC Secretariat members Ritchelle Talavera, Christian Tomines, and Karen Reyes conducted a field monitoring visit and on-site inspection of two major infrastructure projects being implemented by the city government on Thursday, January 29, 2026.

The subjects of inspection include the Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Baguio and the Farm-to-Market Road in Ilayang Palale, which are funded under the LGSF-FALGU Program of the department.

The inspection aims to ensure compliance with the approved plan, adherence to standards, and quality of workmanship. An exit conference was also conducted after the actual inspection to discuss the findings and recommendation.
