Tayabas City Assessor’s Office to Hold Public Consultation on Updated Market Values
The Office of the City Assessor of Tayabas invites all property owners, stakeholders, and concerned citizens to participate in the Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV), pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).
This public consultation aims to:
• Present the proposed updates to land and building market values
• Explain the basis and methodology used in the revision
• Receive comments, feedback, and recommendations from stakeholders prior to final adoption

Date: March 18 & 24, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
