FRONTLINE SERVICE: Releasing of Impounded Stray Dogs and Cats from the Animal Impounding Center

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

WHO MAY AVAIL THE SERVICE: Any person with pet recently impounded by the Animal Control Unit of the City Veterinary Office

FEES:
P500.00 – Penalty fee for violation of Rabies Ordinance, impounded pet registered and vaccinated with anti-rabies
P1,000.00 – Penalty fee for violation of Rabies Ordinance, impounded pet unregistered and not vaccinated with anti-rabies
P50.00 – Vaccination and registration fee (for non-vaccinated pet against rabies or if the anti-rabies annual booster shot is not updated)

DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Previous vaccination and registration certificate (for pet previously vaccinated against rabies)

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

A. Refer to the current masterlist of impounded animals posted at the bulletin board of the Veterinary Office.
B. If the description of your missing pet is included in the masterlist, approach the staff of Veterinary Office to verify if your missing pet is at the Animal Impounding Center.		2minutes	Animal Keeper-I on duty
	C. If the Animal Control Officer / dog pound caretaker confirmed the description of your pet as one of the recently impounded, a Redemption of Impounded Animal Form shall be prepared.	5-10minutes	Animal Keeper-I on duty
