FRONTLINE SERVICE: Issuance of Locational Clearance

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Any persons and/ or corporation who intend to construct, erect, alter, repair, convert, move or demolish any building within the Local Government of Tayabas must apply for Locational/ Zoning.


DOCUMENTS NEEDED: 
1. Proof of Ownership
     ➤ Certificate of Land Title
     ➤ Contract to Sell
     ➤ Deed of Absolute Sale
     ➤ Letter of Consent to use the property (if the applicant is not the owner of the property)
     ➤ Other legal document which may establish ownership
2. Tax Declaration of Land
3. Latest Tax Receipt of the Land
4. Barangay Clearance
5. Notarized Application Form for Locational Clearance
6. Letter of Authorization/ Special Power of Attorney (if applicant is not the owner)
7. Sets of Plan (5-7 sets)
     ➤ Requirements of the Local Zoning Ordinance for applications categorized as a Special Use Permit
     ➤ Documents to be submitted shall be certified as a photocopy of the original by applicant or applicant’s representative
     ➤ A Special Power of Attorney shall be provided in case the owner is not the signatory in Zoning Application
     ➤ Plans shall be signed by the owner and the respective Licensed Professional/s


HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

• Sets of Plan (5-7 sets)
Receives and reviews Locational Clearance application and other requirements as to completeness

Advises the applicant on the scheduled date of inspection

Conducts ocular inspection with applicant or his/her authorized representative
