Pagbati sa matagumpay na pagpapatuloy ng mga programa ng ating lungsod tungo sa digitalization at sa pagpapalakas ng Tayabas City Website.
Ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang sa paghubog ng isang modernong pamahalaang mas episyente, mas mabilis magserbisyo, at mas malapit sa bawat Tayabasin.
Sa pamamagitan ng digitalization, mas nagiging madali ang pag-access sa impormasyon, mas mabilis ang proseso ng mga dokumento, at mas nagiging transparent at bukas ang serbisyo publiko. Ang Tayabas City Website ay nagsisilbing tulay upang maihatid sa bawat tahanan ang makabagong serbisyo ng ating lungsod.
Nais kong batiin at pasalamatan ang lahat ng bumubuo at sumusuporta sa proyektong ito. Ang inyong pagsisikap ay nagbubukas ng mas maginhawa at mas maayos na ugnayan sa pagitan ng pamahalaan at ng ating mga mamamayan.
Patuloy tayong magtulungan tungo sa isang “Digitalization” sa lungsod na moderno, mahusay, at tunay na naglilingkod.

MISSION
In pursuit of this Vision, the Office of the Vice Mayor shall be the leading independent, exclusive, accountable, and distinct resource of all sovereign local policies which are appropriate and necessary toward local governance, which include:
• Honest leadership working with Tayabasin in the delivery of much needed city’s development plans, program objectives and priorities;
• Improve local development administration and financing through effective legislation;
• Harness cordial and cooperative relations with national, provincial, city and barangay leaders; and
• Exercising such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribed by law or ordinance.
To cultivate cordial and fraternal relations with national, provincial, and barangay leaders.
LIST OF SERVICES AND CORRESPONDING PROCESSES
Powers, Duties, and Compensation. (a) The Vice Mayor shall:
Be presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and sign all warrants drawn on the municipal treasury for all expenditures appropriated for the operation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;
Subject to civil service law, rules , and regulations, appoint all officials and employees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, except those whose manner appoint is especially provided in this code;
Assume the office of the City Mayor for the unexpired term of the latter in the event of permanent vacancy as provided in Section 44, Book 1 of the Local Government Code;
Exercise the powers and perform the duties and functions of the City Mayor in cases of temporary vacancy as provided in Section 46, Book 1 of the Local Government Code; and
Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions, as may be prescribed by law or ordinance. Please note that the specific services may vary depending on the city’s structure and the duties assigned to the Vice Mayor by the Mayor and city council.
