After the successful partnership between the Local Government of Tayabas City and the Land Bank of the Philippines, taxpayers can now conveniently pay their Business Tax and Real Property Tax online through the LinkBiz Portal.

Just follow these steps

Visit the LinkBiz Portal through the Landbank website at www.landbank.com. Alternatively, you can go directly to this link: LinkBiz PORTAL

In the Merchant Name field, select or type City Government of Tayabas, Quezon Province, then click the Continue

Select the type of transaction you wish to process, such as Business Tax or Real Property Tax, and click Continue.

Choose your preferred payment gateway option* and fill out the necessary payment details.

* Payment Gateway Option:

  • LANDBANK ATM and OFBank Debit Accounts (Payee must enroll his/her account to iAccess)
  • Other Bank via PCHC Paygate (Asia United Bank, BPI, PSBank, RCBC, Robinsons Bank, UnionBank)
  • Cash Payment via Partner Collection Outlets
  • eWallets via MYEG (GCash, Maya, ShoppeePay and GrabPay)
Provide the required transaction details and select your preferred payment mode*. If paying with a LANDBANK/OFBank Debit ATM Account, enter your 10-digit account number.  
Solve the Captcha challenge, check the box for Terms and Conditions, and click Continue.
Enter your payment details, including the One-Time Password (OTP) and ATM PIN, and then submit the transaction.
View and/or print the payment confirmation receipt for your records.
