ABOUT THE SERVICE: Requested by a taxpayer who wants to secure certified true copy of tax declaration, and certificates of property holdings, non-improvement, no property for personal record or legal purpose.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Property Owners/Taxpayers
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Certificate from Barangay where the property is located (for No Improvement), Authorization letter and ID of owner (if owner is not present)
PROCESSING TIME: 20 minutes
FEES: ₱50.00
