HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

STEP PROCEDURES ACTION OFFICER PERSON IN CHARGE DURATION OF ACTIVITY
1 Client will give a letter of request for the training /seminar Accept and record the letter DRRMO Staff 5minutes
Approval from the Head, DRRMO based on the availability of schedule and trainers

Assign a Trainer who will handle the request
Admin and Training Section Chief 5minutes
2 Client will get the finalized schedule of the training Trainer noted the schedule and marked it on the calendar Tayabas DRRMO Pool of Trainers 10minutes
3 Client will receive the training as scheduled Conduct the training and submit a post-activity report Assigned Trainer Depending on the Requested Training
