SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
WHO MAY AVAIL THE SERVICE: Any person with pet at least 3 months of age. (Note: Vaccinate dogs and cats at 3months of age, then revaccinate every year thereafter)
FEES: P 50.00 Pet registration fee
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Previous vaccination and registration certificate (for pet previously vaccinated against rabies)
