HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

STEP PROCEDURES ACTION OFFICER PERSON IN CHARGE DURATION OF ACTIVITY FORM
1 For complaints/issues requiring immediate response:

Call or notify the City ENRO immediately if the incident/ issue requires immediate action
Coordinate with the other concerned agencies (barangay chairman, PNP, DENR etc.) for the verification, ocular inspections and legal actions Melvin C. 2 For other complaints:

Proceeds to the City ENRO, with the letter of complaint together with the proof of environmental violations
Receives and reviews the letter and proofs

Inform the barangay chairman regarding the complaint and for the verification

Interviews and discusses the issue. Then set schedule for the conduct of ocular inspection together with other concerned agencies
