1 Cooperative Orientation

• Proceed to the Cooperative Development Office to request for assistance in cooperative orientation/PMES.

• Completely fill-up the request form then submit to the receiving staff.
• Receive the clients to the office. Make preliminary interview to establish profiling and the purpose of the visit. Then give the client a pro-forma request form.

• Receives the form, review for completeness or required inputs then advices the client of the next step.

2 Pre-Registration Seminar or Pre-Cooperatives

• Proceed to the Cooperative Development Office to inquire about the CDA Cooperative Registration Procedure
• Send/transmits the request to CDA Regional Office for approval.

• Receive the clients and conduct a preliminary interview to establish the profiling and purpose of the visit. Then proceed with the orientation or discuss the procedures involved in CDA Cooperative Registration
