DOCUMENTS NEEDED:  Kinakailangan ng request na galing sa doctor ng City Health Office o sa inyong pribadong doktor bago mapa-schedule

SCHEDULE:  Ang pagsasagawa ng Ultrasound procedure ay by Appointment / Schedule lamang. Maaaring pumunta sa City Health Office ang magpapa schedule Lunes hanggang Biyernes (8am to 3pm) dala ang request ng doctor. Hanapin si Ms. Claire Eugenio.

Ang mismong Ultrasound procedure ay ginagawa sa mga sumusunod na araw:
Lunes hanggang Huwebes (8:00 ng umaga hanggang 11:00 ng umaga)
      ➤ Ultrasound of whole abdomen, transvaginal and pelvic
      ➤ Kinakailangan ng Anim (6) na oras na Fasting sa Ultrasound of whole abdomen.

Biyernes (8:00 ng umaga hanggan 3:00 ng hapon)
      ➤ para sa mga buntis
