FRONTLINE SERVICE: Gandang Walang Kupas (Menopause Wellness Club)

ABOUT THE SERVICE: Office of the City Mayor – Mobile Health and Medical Emergency Response Team (MHMERT) launched the “Gandang Walang Kupas”, Menopause Wellness Club last March 27, 2023. This was made possible with the support from the Philippine OBGYNE Society-Southern Tagalog Quezon Chapter, Mayor Maria Lourdes Reynoso-Pontioso and to over 40 establishments that will give perks and privileges to the certified members of the club.

This club is dedicated solely to the care and treatment of women with menopause symptoms, conditions and related health issues. The “Gandang Walang Kupas”, Menopause Wellness Club will offer a Menopause Clinic that can address a woman’s health affected by menopause.

Our goal is to help women understand menopause, prevent them on having cardio vascular diseases as early as possible, provide them assistance on lifestyle habits and most importantly to help women feel their best during the menopause years. As of August 7, 2023, total membership application 1,267.
