WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Land Owners/ Clients
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Photocopy of land title, photos of trees to be cut, certificate from barangay, receipt of certification fees (if approved by the City ENRO), Other Documents: Authorization letter from the land owner, inventory of trees from the DENR, Special Power of Attorney, Valid ID of the owner and representative
FEES: PhP 50.00 for the Certification Fee
