FRONTLINE SERVICE: Issuance of other Permits – Development Permit

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Every day except weekends & holidays. 10am to 5pm

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Applicants of subdivision development projects (new and expansion)


DOCUMENTS NEEDED: 

• Application Form for Development Permit (notarized)

• Four (4) original copies of Topographic Map of Site signed & sealed by Geodetic Engineer

• Four (4) original copies of Site Development Plan signed & sealed by licensed Civil Engr/ Architect

• Four (4) copies of Road (geometric structural) Design signed & sealed by civil Engr.

• Four (4) copies of Storm Drainage and Sewer system signed & sealed by Sanitary Engr/ Civil Engr

• Four (4) copies of Water System layout and details signed & sealed by Sanitary Engineer/ Civil engr

• Four (4) copies of Site Grading Plan signed by Civil Engr.

• Four (4) copies of Project Feasibility Study signed by Civil Engr.

• Four (4) copies of Electrical Distribution System signed by PEE

• Specifications, Bill of Materials, Cost Estimates signed & sealed by Civil Engineer

• Certification from MERALCO

• Certification from Prime Water (If not, a plan of overhead water tank together with NWRB clearance)

• Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment Report prepared by qualified geologist or engineer as required
under Administrative Order No. 2000-28 signed by the DENR Secretary Antonio H. Cerilles.

• Environment Compliance Certificate

• Certified True Copy of Lot title

• Tax Declaration and latest Tax Receipt (reproduced copy)

• Barangay Clearance

• PALC (Preliminary Approval & Locational Clearance)

FOR HOUSING CONSTRUCTION: 

• Four (4) sets of plans (Architectural, Sanitary, Electrical, Structural, Specs and Cost estimates) signed & sealed by
Professionals

• Sworn Statement notarized (Soundness of designs, specs and cost estimates.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 

• Secretary Certificate (if applicable)

• PTR/PRC of Professionals

• Valid IDs

PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS: Every day except weekends & Holidays 8am to 5pm

FEES: Based on the National Building Code of the Philippines PD 1096

PROCESSING TIME: Complex – 14 working days
