SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Any persons and/ or corporations who had been issued a Building Permit and applying a Certificate of Occupancy.


DOCUMENTS NEEDED: 
1. Application for Zoning Compliance To facilitate the processing, the following requirements shall be observed:
     ➤ The report or Zoning application shall be consistent with the actual construction.
     ➤ Actual project use, building heights, set-backs and architectural designs of the zone shall be the foremost consideration for approval.


HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

1 Submits duly accomplished Zoning Compliance application form Receives and reviews occupancy application and other requirements as to completeness and then advices client on the date of inspection.

Form 1 – ‘end of transaction’ feedback form available in the offices

Form 2 – ‘random survey’/walk-in complaint form available in PACD
2 Secure a Certificate of Final inspection including a computation for Zoning Certificate

Pay to the Cashier the Zoning Fees
