ABOUT THE SERVICE: Reassessment is assigning of new assessed value to property as a result of general, partial or individual reappraisal of property. Changes as to taxability shall conform to the exemptions prescribed in Sec. 234 of Local Government Code. Change in the classification of the property shall be based on its actual use.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE: Property Owners/Taxpayers
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Letter Request, Authorization Letter and ID of Owner (if owner is not present), Certified true copy of Certificate of Title, Real Property Tax receipt
PROCESSING TIME: 3 hours & 20 minutes
