DOCUMENTS NEEDED: 
            ➤ Bring the patient to Annex Bldg. Animal Bite Treatment Facility from 8am to 5pm if the patient is stable.
            ➤ If not stable bring the patient to Tayabas Community Hospital if signs and symptoms like Chest pain, Difficulty of Breathing, Body Malaise, Numbness, Sweating, Blurry Vision, Convulsion, bleeding on the site of bite are experienced.
            ➤ After assessment the patient will be referred /transferred to RITM and be given initial dose of Anti Venom if available and if needed only.
