MANDATE:

The mandate of the OCM-Business Permits and Licensing Office is primarily to regulate the entry and operation of all business establishments in the city. In the fulfillment of this mandate, it undertakes business tax assessment, issuance of business permits and licenses, monitoring and imposition of mandatory standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations in order to protect the interests of the public and to promote commercial activity for the general welfare of the City of Tayabas.

To promote and encourage a business and investor-friendly city.

MISSION:

To provide fast and efficient business permit application process in compliance to BPLS Streamlining and to ensure that the community – business tax payers are well-served fostering national competitiveness for the benefits of the City of Tayabas.
