MANDATE:
Community eCenter is a facility that provides public affordable access to information and communications technology ICT-based services such as Internet, e-mails, computer training, distance learning, online services and other kinds of services/information beneficial to the community and application for education, personal, social and economic development.
VISION:
Kaakibat ng proyektong pangkaunlaran ng Tayabas, ay aming masidhing ipapatupad ang abot-kaya at mataas na kalidad na serbisyong pangteknolohiya salarangan ng impormasyon at pakikipag talastasan sa animnaput anim na barangay ng bayan.
MISSION:
Bukas.. at sa mga taon pang darating ay aming natatanaw ang isang maunlad at matatag na Community e Center na nagsusulong ng mataas na kalidad at abot-kayang ICT para sa mga Tayabasin.
