MANDATE:

Executive Order 08 Series of 2022, an order addressing disparity between the national and local healthcare systems in the delivery of healthcare services that will benefit the whole citizenry.

VISION:

An organization that is capable and responsive to the specific and emergency health needs of the people in its locality including the far flung barangays as well as innovative and transformative in uniting all community stakeholders to be able to create a healthy and sustainable community in the City of Tayabas.

MISSION:

To utilize the recently acquired Mobile Clinic Van in the conduct of community outreach program that aims to provide healthcare services to far-flung barangays;

To initiate, organize and implement special health programs that would cater to the specific health needs of the people of Tayabas;

To conduct Information and Education campaign on various health, sanitation and
emergency issues and concerns to increase awareness among the citizenry as a preventive measure

To initiate, organize and implement special health programs that would cater to the specific
or particular needs of our people with involvement of the community, through collaboration and partnerships with private individuals and NGO’s
