MANDATE:
Enforcement of Ordinance No. 20-32 s.2020 otherwise known as the 2020 Zoning Ordinance of Tayabas thru issuance of Zoning Clearance and Compliance and other related laws.
VISION:
Make the City of Tayabas and its human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
MISSION:
The Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator – Zoning Section performs functions through regulating and monitoring of Land Use Policy (Protection, Production, Settlement, and Infrastructure) Organizational Outcome: Zoned structures and safe pedestrians resulting to sustained and resilient settlements.
